Early Bird Registration
( 4 September - 4 October)

• Students: $50
• Participants: $75

Regular Registration
( 5 October - 6 November)

• Students: $65
• Participants: $90

All registrations include lunch and two coffee breaks (coffee, tea, and water).

Registration Process

​Step 1. Click the following link: https://congresogoticoelm.fundacionucr.org/login.php

You can select Spanish or English in the upper-right corner.

Step 2. Below the login fields, click "Register" and complete the requested information.

Step 3. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an email with a temporary password. If you are using macOS, the system may appear not to complete the submission process. If this happens, check your email to see whether you received the message containing your temporary password. Then return to the main page and log in using your username and password.

Step 4. Once you log in, the system might take you to your profile information. Complete any required information (*) and change your password.

Step 5. In the tabs at the top of the page, click Home. Select the type of registration you wish to purchase (Student or Participant) and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 6. Go to your shopping cart and verify that the registration information is correct. Read and accept the terms and conditions, and then select “Continue to Payment.”.

Step 7. Enter your card information and select “Pay” to complete the transaction. Once payment has been completed, the system will send the electronic invoice to your registered email address within a maximum of 48 hours.
